ZONE Samobor

RC ZONE Samobor connects logistics and manufacturing with European transport routes. Located 12 km from central Zagreb, the park has direct access to the A3 motorway between Croatia and Slovenia, with onward connections to Austria, Italy and Southeast Europe.

The development is planned to provide over 86,000 m² of leasable space, with an emphasis on technical quality, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. Proximity to Zagreb brings established infrastructure, access to a workforce and room for future growth. Upon completion, the hall will be among the largest logistics facilities in Southeast Europe.

The first 43,000 m² phase is complete, fully let and operational. The second phase is under construction.
