Poliklinika Zlín
Czech RepublicCurrent portfolio
Poliklinika Zlín has been part of our portfolio since 2018. It brings together pharmacies, general practitioners, specialist doctors and highly specialised facilities. An optician, bistro, café and other commercial premises complement its healthcare services.
The building, which has celebrated its 70th anniversary, is being modernised in stages. Improvements cover its appearance, facilities and technology to support contemporary healthcare. The property also has a photovoltaic power plant.
