NEST Kraljevo II

In 2019, we completed the second phase of the NEST Kraljevo retail park in Serbia. The expansion of the project introduced additional modern retail space and broadened the offering for both visitors and tenants. New tenants that joined as part of the expansion included brands such as Pepco, New Yorker, and JYSK. The second phase built on the success of the first stage and further strengthened the park’s position as a key retail destination in the region. In 2023, we sold both projects.
