We built the Craiova office building in 2015. Its five above-ground floors mainly offer open-plan offices, with conference rooms on every floor. A ground-floor customer centre is open to the tenant’s clients during business hours.
The grounds include parking, green spaces, walkways and seating areas. Energy companies operate round-the-clock control centres here to monitor the electricity distribution network. The main tenants are Evryo Power SA and Distributie Energie Oltenia SA.
We sold the project in 2024.
